Unfortunately, we didn't receive your video, and we didn't have any reported similar cases from other clients. We went to your site again and we were able in the first go to open a few extras for the baby boom you mentioned.
Every time we try on any device everything works properly we just don't see that there is any issue everything works from the first try on each of our devices.

There are more defaults with making an appointment. I am getting sick of telling your company that there is a problem and the only respons I get is that you can't see the problem. But there is a problem! the first problem is that some clients are not able to book extra's. I've added some foto attachments because video is not possible to send.. the next problem is that some of clients are not able to click on a time. I've added some foto's attachments about this problem too. I need this problem fixed! its unbelievable that my clients are not able to make appointments, I even lose clients because of this!

I can see you have some styling issues on your site:
Similar to what you shared with us in your screenshots. The only difference is this was taken on a desktop, and yours was taken on an iPhone. We forwarded this to our developers, but this is definitely caused by a conflict either with the theme (most likely) or one of the plugins you're using on your site.
We'll see if there's a way to fix this with some custom CSS and we'll get back to you on that.
As for the ability to book Extras - which services are affected by this? Is the employee's Work Hour period long enough to fit in the service and the duration of the extra? I checked a few services on your site and I was able to add Extras, so could you please point me in the right direction?
Our developers would need to inspect this further but they should do it locally not to impact your site.
Can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
Make sure to enable the PRIVATE response when sending login or site duplicator files since this is a public ticket.
The plugin "Gtranslate" you have on your website is causing this issue. It's not occurring in Firefox, but on Chrome, as far as we can tell. When this plugin is disabled, the time slots are displayed normally.
Our developers are still looking into possible solutions to use both Amelia and Gtranslate, I just wanted to let you know that we found what's causing this.

My customers can not click on the extra's. sometimes it is possible but some times not. It is very important that this must be fixed!

it happens a few times on my phone, I've got a iPhone 12. I've asked one of my clients and she's got a iPhone 12 Pro.
I'ts works most of the time, but sometime it doesn't.

Unfortunately, this is the default behavior of iPhones and quite a lot of users are experiencing issues with this not only with Amelia, but with other applications too.
You can take a look at this link (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2989263/disable-auto-zoom-in-input-text-tag-safari-on-iphone) and see some possible fixes. There are a lot of people with the same problem out there, and it' jut how an iPhone behaves when font size is less than 16px.
