    I am trying to set up summer camps for my soccer business

    I was going to use services and packages but it doesnt allow me to choose a start and finish date it just becomes available as soon as possible which i dont want.

    I wanted to use  events instead but how would I allow 1 customer to buy a week long camp lets say june 20 - june 24 but allow another to only buy june 23 within the same event so i do not go over my event capacity

    I feel like ill have to do a week event and 4 mini events and manually manage capacity which is a massive hassle!

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    You are correct, for services included in a package, it is currently not possible to set start and finish time of the set bookings, you can only set the duration of the package.

    Regarding events, if I understood you correctly, you would like to create one event to allow a customer to fully book a whole week,

    but also to allow another "mini event" for one person to book one day, as part of same event?

    Yes. At this time, unfortunately, we don't have the facility to make such flexible events as you need.

    You would neet to manage it as you described, for the time being.

    Our developers will work to improve that and add better functionality, but I can't say an ETA on it.

    I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. 

    Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

    I thought of a work around by having my camps as employees so now families can book individual days, however now Id like to know if it is possible when it comes to a customer booking a week long (4 day) camp, when they select the first day, they can only book the following 3 days

    this gives me the option of buy a week or buy a day

    you can do it like picking 4 days in a row but it also allowed you to book any 4 camp days which is not what i want

    Sorry that it is taking me so much time for confirming everything. I wanted to make sure to check with the 2nd level team and the devs if we have any workaround to achieve what you need.

    Unfortunately, at this time don't have the option to limit users with a condition to, for example, if they picked the first day for an appointment, to block them from picking another appointment on the same day, thus forcing them to pick only the remaining (other) 3 days for remaining appointments.

    Or in other words, we don't have the facility to not allow customers to book multiple slots on same day, yet.

    At this moment, they can choose from any of the available time slots.

    Our developers have this functionality on their tasks list, but I can't say an exact ETA when they will work on adding it.

    As mentioned previously, you can add your personal vote for this feature, on the suggest features page, and as more customers ask for that feature - it will be pushed over other tasks, and speed up the process.

    I will also try to do everything I can to push this functionality higher on the priority list.

    You can follow our changeLog page, here the devs state any changes/new features, functionalities/bug fixes at each Update.
