- If you already have our licenses, we suggest in the future to  please write to us in the Amelia category. 

The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse. Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato. 

Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.

In order to activate a purchase code on a new domain, once you transferred your site, is done like this :

If you bought the plugin directly from our reseller, Paddle, and have credentials for our Tms Store,

you can log into the store, and on the licence you wish to move to another domain, when you open the Domain Manager,

you can deactivate the current registered domain,

then you can go to WP-Admin Dashboard, and in Amelia settings >Activation,

paste the Purchase Code, and the new domain will now become active on that licence.

In case you got licence from Envato, you would have to deactivate the Envato from the old site, from the WP-Admin, in Amelia > Activation tab, this button would say "deactivate", and then you are able to paste the Activation code in the new WP-Admin.
