After i log into the site, I want to manage my bookings, so I go to the page with the [ameliacustomerpanel appointments=1] page, and i keep gettin a dialogue box with "Send Access Link
Enter your account email address and we will send you an access link to your inbox.". I keep entering my email, and clicking on the link, and it brings me back to this page, but it keeps giving me the above message. How do I deactivate this screen?

Please tell us, do you use version 4.5.1 of Amelia?
In the version before that, we had a minor bug, but it was solved because a lot of clients informed us that everything was fixed with the new update.
In addition to the option for logging in with a password, you also have the option to log in with a token where you can enter the panel immediately just by clicking on the link. You can read more about the customer panel here.

I am using Amelia 4.5.1
I do see the link and where to set the password. My issue is that I am already logged in, AND I enter my email to "Send Access Link" and send, then I check in my email and I see the link, I click on the link, and I get back to the page with the customer panel and I see the "send access link" box AGAIN. I cant seem to get back into my Amelia Customer Panel

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

In one of the next Amelia updates, you will be able to import customers and to register them as a customer in Amelia. For now, you would have to manually change the role for everyone, unfortunately.
