We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have just purchased Amelia' Pro and uninstalled the free version and downloaded the pro version. When I go to add new plugin, the server times out and fails to install the plugin. In Firefox the error is: the link you followed has expired - Please try again. In Chrome the error is: no web page was found for crystal-garden.com/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-plugin. I haven't had issues installing plugins before... so not sure what is going on. It seems to be an issue with the server response. Below are my specs:
WP Version: 5.9.2PHP Memory Limit: 256 MB
PHP version 7.4.28, PHP time limit: 180, PHP Max input vars: 1704
I hope it is fixable. When I tried installing the free version that I had downloaded from wordpress.org I had the same problem. I got around the issue by installing via wordpress by searching for Amelia via the plugin dashboard: https://crystal-garden.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php
Unfortunately, I can't do that this time. Appreciate your support. thanks.
Nya
I figured it out what the issue was: my php post_max_size setting was set too low. So I have now successfully installed the plugin.
