How do I create time-sheets for reporting hours worked by employees for payroll. For example in my current setup I use a CRM, and through a manual process, I create timesheet reports for when I am doing payroll with Gusto.

How do I create payroll reports (or hours worked reports) with my employees in Amelia? I've looked at the demo, but I am unable to figure out how to do this.

A cleaning appointment can be between 4 or 8 hours, and I sometimes I assign one employee per appointment, or sometimes multi-employees per appointment. So how I do report on hours worked for payroll? Please advise. Thank you.

    * Also; does anyone know of any way I can automate this process with Google Workspace or any other third party integration. Bottom line, I'm looking for a self-hosted CRM that allows for the scheduling of multiple employees per appointment with payroll reporting. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions to offer?

    Hi, Sandra

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

As far as built-in/native integrations go, such as making Amelia an "all in one" solution for what you described, at this time, we don't have such integration available, and we don't have any payroll report generation tool, or an automated way to create time-sheets for work hours.

Our developers might add this feature in the future, but i can't say an ETA on it.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.

What we have that could be useful for you is the facility of Weeb Hooks.

This setting allows you to set several hooks that will send data from the Amelia plugin to any other application. It is good to use this option if you want to send, for example, customer data to some CRM platform.

More details about this here. On our documentation, we've shown an example of how to use Zapier, as it is the most popular, but you could use any automation tool for this purpose.

Once again, I apologise for so much waiting time on the response.

Please let me know if anything was not clear, and if you have any further questions.

Additionally, I just wanted to point out that we have a 15-day money-back guarantee period,

so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out,

we would assist you with our support along the way,
and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period.

    Kind Regards,
