I have found that this works only when logged in even if editing is set to Everyone, all roles unchecked so I will need to create and account for admins to login.
I just tested the table on the link you provided through Chrome, and it worked fine for me:
After editing, I removed the data, so it doesn't affect your site, but I had no problems editing the table. I tested it on Brave browser as well (also Chromium-based browser), and had no issues there either. This could be related to your browser's logged-in user settings, but I can't say for sure.
