We have staff members with complex schedules. Currently for several staff the easiest solution would be to enter all days as "special days", however we then have to set up each available day and time slot individually.
Is there a way we can select multiple days on the calendar at once, that are not consecutive days? E.g. if we want to set special days to provide 4 time slots per day that apply to 12 days: 1, 3, 5, 8, 11, 12, 15, 20, 22, 25, 28 and 30 April. Currently we can only select date ranges, so we would have to enter each time slot individually for the 12 available days in April. Ideally we want to enter the time slots once and then use Ctrl + Click to select the days that this applies to. Is this possible?
Also, is it possible to set recurring days (e.g. set availabilities for every 2nd Monday)?
Hello Joern,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Thank you for the suggestion as that is currently not possible with Amelia's built-in features. I have passed this suggestion to our management team and this will be implemented if there are enough requests from the customers.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
