Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hi! Sorry! I solved most of the problems by asking them to pay separately. Except one of my customers has not paid yet. This person has paid through the system before. Can you charge them?
Unfortunately, online payment cannot be processed through the back-end as each booking made from the back-end will be treated as on-site payment for security reasons.
We have a plan to add this to one of the future updates but there is no ETA at the moment.

hi! I found out that a lot of payment through stripe is on pending.
I asked stripe and they said it looks like the payments are not reflecting on the Stripe account.
Would you help me figure out and get paid?

It seems like those appointments which hasn't got paid is resister as onsite payment. But I only have stripe as paying method.
How do I fix it? Is it possible to move all the "onsite" payment data to stripe?
