I would like to request for a refund of Amelia plugin that was purchased on 16 March.
My FIVERR developer could not deliver the project according to my requirements and I had to terminate his service. I am now working with a new developer and he uses another booking plugin.

After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
