We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
HI
is there a way to show a week view instead of a monthly view?
in the pic attached its a month view- how can i make it show only one week?
thank you
Hello,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately currently, there is no such feature built-in, there is no way at the moment to change this view that it shows a week instead of the month.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

sorry ill attache it in the following msg
i want it to look like this pic but for the Event Calendar Booking Form:) pls can it do that?
Hello,
When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there.
In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
1. No unfortunately steps of Amelia's booking process can't be changed and they can not be skipped. You can disable option for bring someone with you in Amelia/customize section like this
But the booking process can not be altered.
2. Currently, there is no such feature built-in.
3. Currently, there is no such feature built-in as such. We have 2 type of icons for event and they are
This changes colors and status automatically
4. If you mean RTL like right to left yes Amelia has that sort of option.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Kind Regards,

Hi
sorry for the multipule tickets
1.as for your answer: "4. If you mean RTL like right to left yes Amelia has that sort of option."
do you have a documentation about it maybe? I need the calander to be RTL
2. another question- can i hide the weekend days from the calander?
3.can one day present number of events in its open form? and not present it like "+2 events" but as an open event (like the first event)
4. can "upcoming events " present a number of event to my choise?
can i deside i'm presenting only available events on "upcoming events"?
thank u!
Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not have such documentation but we have a number of clients that are using Amelia in such a way.
You can't hide weekends but if you don't work on those days they won't be available for booking they will be grayed out.
The event form is displayed like this
And it shows all the events you have. You can see in this article which shortcodes we have and how they can be combined.
For the Event booking:
Please note: If you're using tags in the shortcode, make sure to copy the single quotes from #2 in the list above because of issues with different keyboard layouts that may not apply the tag if used.
No calendar shows all the events you have in past and present and future. If you have events for the next month, the date must be changed to show the events for the next month.
Also when you show events in the calendar view you will see all upcoming events like this
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
