We have two categories of bookings; packages and events
I'm looking for a way to allow multiple employees to be assigned to the same appointment, as these events are much more labor intensive than normal packages. Is it possible to put a booking on more than one employee's schedule when it's booked?
Hello Robyn,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, that feature is currently not possible but we have a plan to add it in one of the future updates but there is no ETA at the moment.
As a workaround, you could connect both of those employees to the same Google Calendar, and if one is booked, the other one will be busy for that time slot as well if the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations page.
Hope this helps you.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
