I have two questions concerning the employee panel:
Our employees only have to set up their 'special days'. To avoid that they fill in their working hours etc as well, is it possible to disable the other tabs: 'services' - 'working hours' - 'verlofdagen/days off'? (see picture in the attachment)
Some employees have different shops/locations. However, the same email address can't be linked to different locations, but they only have one email adress for the different shops. How can we resolve this?
See example below:
Employee 1 - email address 1 - shop in city 1 Employee 1 - email address 1 - shop in city 2 Employee 1 - email address 1 - shop in city 3
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Regarding the employee permission and employee panel, you can go to Amelia/settings/role settings and there you can choose which permissions you will give to your employees
As for mails, each employee can be assigned to several locations with one mail if this is your question. You just assigned an mail to your employee and he will get notifications for every appointment regardless on which location he is. This is how Amelia works.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.

This doesn't respond my question really:
One employee has different locations. In the 'employee'-menu in Amelia, I can't link the employee to different locations. I can only select one location (see picture in the attachment).
This is the default location, an employee cannot be in several locations at the same time. This is not possible with Amelia because in that case there would be a double booking.
Employees can operate at several locations over different periods of time. You need to set in employee working hours in which time period or day the employee works at which location.
For example, he works in London on Mondays and in NY on Tuesdays, or he works in north London from 08 am to 2 pm and then he works in south London from 2 pm to 5 pm.
You need to set that in Amelia/employee/edit employee/ working hours
Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, you cant achieve this in Amelia, every employee can connect their calendar and if there is something already in their calendar inserted as busy that time will not be available for booking in Amelia.
If you want to receive all notifications that are sent to be informed about everything, you can add your address in Amelia / settings / notifications settings and save your address in the Send all notifications to additional addresses option.
That way you will be informed about everything.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.

Why can't I add the same e-mailaddress to different employees in Amelia?
