Hi, in my business the employees are the ones that usually bring their clients, so I need them to be able to do so. Is there a way to let them create users and assign them appointments to them in their schedule?
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Employee role has these available permissions which you can choose to assign:
Configure their services,
Configure their schedule,
Configure their days off,
Configure their special days and/or
Manage their appointments
Manage their events
If you wish to add users, you can make them managers, but just to suggest being careful with their emails,
it is best to create separate emails, to avoid conflicts ( in some situations, let's say if you have the same email on multiple roles/same user, it can cause conflicts)
The “Amelia Manager” role has almost the same permissions as an “Administrator” role, but with a few important differences. A manager is allowed to hide but not delete anything; a manager cannot customize the front-end look of the plugin and doesn’t have access to the WordPress settings.
You can add an “Amelia Manager” user by going to Users » Add New, fill in the necessary data, and choose the “Amelia Manager” role under the “Role” option.
Basically, a manager, and Administrator, are the only ones who can add a new customer. Employees can only schedule bookings for existing customers.

Let me know if anything was not clear or if you have more questions.

Additionally, I just wanted to point out that we have pages with Demos, that you can use to try out some of the plugin's features - https://wpamelia.com/demos/
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period, So if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out,
we will be here to provide any assistance along the way, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period.
