    Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to send email notifications to one more person in addition to the employee and the customer for events ?

    Regards

    Hello Xavier,

Thank you for expressing interest in purchasing the Amelia plugin.

There is an option on the Amelia/Settings/Notifications page called "Send all notifications to additional addresses", where you can add emails to which you want all of the emails to be sent out.

    Hope this helps you.

    Thanks a lot !

Is this option customizable per event or all the emails filled in this field will receive every notifications for every events ?

Also, i would like to know if it's possible to show some information about the event attendees in the front-end (like their name, surname etc... )

    Regards

Another little question... In my project :

    1. Some users can register to an event

    2. These users can also be organisers of events. (organisers = responsible of the event in my mind)

    3. Some users can create events (they can also be organisers)

    4. Some users can control everything

    To sum up the roles

    1 : Amelia Customer

    2 : Amelia Customer & Amelia Employee

3 : Amelia Customer & Amelia Employee & Amelia Manager

    4. Amelia Admin

So my question is : Is it possible to assign up to 3 roles to some users ? For example with User Role Editor plugin (like you advise in one of your video)

    Thanks a lot !

    Regards

    Hello Xavier,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Regarding your first question, the email is added to the "Send all notifications to additional addresses" field will be applied to all emails, thus all emails will be sent to that email as well.

If you are referring to the information about the attendees on the front-end when a customer wants to book an event, that is currently not possible.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.

It is not recommended to mix users and roles, so please do not assign any additional user roles to Administrator accounts. Also, we do not recommend adding multiple user roles for Amelia to a single user (Amelia Manager and Amelia Employee, for example). Roles have their own capabilities and if you combine them, the plugin will run into a conflict it can't resolve (a paradox, so to speak).

    Hope this helps you.

Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
