In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Amelia customer account not creating wordpress account

    This is more a question about how to fix it so i don't think i need to give you an access to my website.

    I tested the plugin with several adresses, then just erased them from customer list and wordpress account list.

    When i use them again, it do not save the phone number and it don't create a wordpress account anymore.

    At first i thought it was a problem with creating new customers account so i asked here, a technician checked, and there where no problem creating a new customer acount and wordpress acount.

    I just checked with asking a friend and it worked too.

    So, the real problem is amelia kinda recognized the accounts i created before and dont accept anymore to create wordpress acount and save them correctly as new customers.

    Is there somewhere i can erase some data amelia might keep ?
    Is it wordpress ?

    How do i should erase customer account in amelia and wordpress to avoid this issue ?

    Hello,

    Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

    Yes, you can look them up in the database and delete them there.

    You do not need to give us admin credentials you can create a staging site if you wish if you don't manage to find and delete them through the database.
