I want to let my clients choose for 15 waves of appointments. These meetings are always every 3 weeks, for example on monday mornings 10-12h, starting April 4th = wave 1. Tuesdays 10-12h starting april 5th = wave 2. I want to define the meetings. So they just have to schedule a wave.
ALso there are max 4 spots for each wave and I want to let them see this when it is fully booked or how many spots are available. Can you do all this with amelia? Then I buy it!
You can do something similar with Amelia but not like that exatly.
Amelia has the option of recurring appointments but they always happen at the same time on the same day.
We also have the option of packages of services here you can offer multiple appointments that can be booked at once on different days and different time slots but you can not "make" the customer to book a particular time slot, customers can choose from all available time slots in the calendar that you have.
