Hello, I have a unique situation. I want to have a booking feature on my site that will be able to book a Tennis court for either Tennis or Pickleball. The issue is that If they choose Tennis, then the court is fully booked for that allotted time (No Problem). But if they choose Pickelball, then that tennis court can have another opening because Pickleball is played on only half the court. Can your system handle this right out of the box, or is this something that must be customized?
Unfortunately, you can't do all that in Amelia, you can do something similar. You can have two services created and one employee on both services.
When an employee is booked on one he will not be available for booking on the other service.
Unfortunately, there is no way for an employee to be unavailable when he is booked on 1 service and to be available when booked on 2 service this is not possible with Amelia right now.

Unfortunately, you can't do all that in Amelia, you can do something similar.
