Make sure to place the URL of the page where you set the Employee Panel shortcode, 

into this box here, in the Roles settings :

Then, go to "edit employee", and set their Panel password here:

 make sure that you created an email notification in the Notifications settings for "Employee Panel Access",

and that a link is there with placeholder %employee_panel_url% 

and this is how our demo example looks when the employee gets the email:

- I am not sure what you mean exactly as a personal area for customers.

Front-end Customer Panel allows your customers to track, reschedule and/or cancel their appointments and events. In the Customer Panel, customers can manage their personal details without logging into the WordPress backend.

If you can explain what you mean by "see their credits", and "etc".
