We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    How do we setup/configure/prompt for employee tips or gratuities at the time of booking?

    We book online zoom sessions and want to collect tips for our employees which is a common practice in our industry.

    I've searched the docs and can't seem to find any mention or reference.

    My apologies for such a late response time.

    I am sorry to disappoint you, but a standard way of setting up tips or gratuities is currently not possible with Amelia.

    Our developers might add something like that in the future, but I can't say an ETA on it.

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

    After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.

    At this moment, anything such as additional charges similar to this, can be set as "Extras", which you can set on any service, with a custom price,

    but you can only set a selection of fixed gratuity/tip amounts, and you will have to place that in advance - which means they will only be able to pay ahead of the appointment, during booking, and not after.
