You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I have performed checks from the back-end and the admin user that you have tried to check the calendar with is also registered as an employee and that could cause a conflict with the permissions.
Can you please delete that customer and test it out after that?

I have tried to delete my customer profile from Amelia, but the system just loading for minutes and nothing happen. Can you please try to delete my profile?
Anyway, we tried the calendar view with other WordPress admin and it is not visible as well. Is it working for you properly?

When I try to log to delete that customer I get the following error in the console:
{"message":"Unable to find data from AmeliaBooking\\Infrastructure\\Repository\\Booking\\Appointment\\AppointmentRepository SQLSTATE[70100]: <<Unknown error>>: 1969 Query execution was interrupted (max_statement_time exceeded)"}
