Yes, when you're adding data in a string-type column, you can add custom HTML. For example:

<a href="url1">text1</a>, <a href="url2">text2</a>, <a href="url3">text3</a>

And so on.

Please note, though, that you should create a multi-line string column since the single-line string column is limited to 255 characters.
