It looks like the default Amelia booking form dissapears from the page after I update the Amelia plugin.

Usually I have to go in edit the Divi page. Check the AM Booking view module which I we are using as we are using the Divi theme. Do something.... Then resave. Exit and clear the cache a bunch of times and hope that is shows up.
When logged in it shows up easier compared to not logged in. I assume it might have to do with caching.

As I was working on the Amelia Booking form and decided to update I noticed that the form had dissapeared. I was then able to go right in and take care of it.
If I was not working on the form and had updated. It is harder to know if the form might suddenly just show up again or if it would be invisible until I had manually gone in and edited the page.

    Hello Paal,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello Paal,

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Can you please provide me with the URL of the page for which you have experienced the aforementioned issues and I will perform checks on this page?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi

I will also create a new ticket as I am not sure if this can be reopened.
    The new ticket: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3129543/

I am still seeing the same error.
I update a site and in a not logged in tab I will go the page that has the form, but the form is missing.
I will open the Divi frontend editor. Open the module containing the shortcode [ameliabooking] remove the shortcode save the page. Check that the logged in user does not see the form. Go back to the page reinsert the shortcode and save the page. Check that the logged in user sees the form. Then check that the not logged in user sees the form.

From what I notice. I have to remove the [ameliabooking] shortcode. Save the page. Then insert the shortcode again. Save again. Then the form is also seen with not logged in users.
