I customized all the notifications texts for clients and employees so they would show the details we need, but in the clients notifications, I can see the changed text in the notifications settings, but the email that is actually sent has the default text.
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We have tested your notifications and we couldn't replicate the issue. The mail that we got from you is the same as you have set it up in notifications
Please try and purge the cache from your site because as far as we can everything works perfectly.
Yes, I know that the test email that you can send has the text that i wrote, the thing is that the actual emails sent to the clients have the default text, beats me why. I already clear the site's cache.
I'll attach a screenshot of the real email sent, as it's in spanish, here's the translation:
"Dear *Customer Name*,
You have successfully scheduled a reservation for *Service Name* with *Employee*. We will be waiting for you on *Appointment Date Time*.
Thanks for trusting us, *Company Name* "
What I need it to say is:
"Dear *Customer Name*,
You have successfully scheduled a reservation for *Service Name* with *Employee*. We will be waiting for you at *Location Name* on *Appointment Date* at *Appointment Start Time*.
We have tested now the real notifications and we got it in a correct format you can see in the screenshots, and we didn't cancel those appointments so that you can check with Amelia Test customer.
On our end everything is looking good so can you please try again and let us know if they are working now.
I think I figured out the problem. When you tested the email notifications from the Notifications panel and then, creating new appointments from the admin panel, you received the right text. That is also what happens when employees create the appointments from the employee panel.
The issue is that when the customer makes the appointment through the website and pays it, the wrong text get sent.
I checked every reservation made and this happened every time. I also tried deactivating plugins, but that didn't work either.
Thank you, I hope they can figure this out, because is breaking my mind.
As this is a live site, I ask you please to use test employee "Camila Parot" and test customer Amelia Test or to create a new Test Employee if you need to.
We received feedback from our colleagues. You’ve inserted Spanish as an extra language in notifications, you don’t need that because Amelia inherits the language from WordPress.
You inserted Spanish Chile into the notifications and the notifications are saved and look different.
When we turn off Spanish Chile you can see that the notifications that you wanted appear.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Since we don't have Spanish for Chile, if you want the whole Amelia to be in Spanish, you have to copy the whole "es_ES" folder - to duplicate it.
Then rename that duplicate folder to "es_CL" and access the folder. "rename wpamelia-es_ES.po" to "wpamelia-es_CL.po" and "wpamelia-es_ES.mo" rename it to "wpamelia-es_CL.mo" and then it will see everything in Spanish.
Please tell us if there is a difference between Spanish - Spanish and Chilean Spanish.
In case there isn't - we will add that folder to the plugin, so that there will be no issue in the future.
We also have a minor bug at the moment, so if you remove Chilean Spanish from General Settings now - it will continue to pull that translation that was added as an additional translation. You must leave Spanish Chilean as an additional language for now, but you must also change the notifications in that additional language - not the default.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.

Thank you Marko, that worked!!
In theory there are no differences between Spanish Spanish and Spanish Chile, it is perfectly understood, but in practice we do word it differently.
