Premium Lic code? CPU usage?

Hello --- we have a lifetime licence for the premium version and something has gone wrong ---- the table was not showing on the website and when I went to investigate it was as if the plug in was not installed????? (who knows?)

So I promptly reinstalled it from the Wordpress admin and can find no where to insert the license for the Premium features?? It does appear all my tables are there luckily.

This all started with the hosting company shutting down the site due to CPU usage and it traced back to this plug-in. So once I get it displaying I need your help with that.

Do I need a specific download to make the premium work?

    Update:

I found my old installer and have activated now ---- but will still need some guidance on the CPU problem. Thank you ~Margo

This is from the Hosting company about the problem:

    Stanimir V.: From what I see there are a lot of executions from admin-ajax towards the database 3646 67.246.100.21 /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=get_wdtable&table_id=16 1893 73.38.88.159 /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    Here is their recommendation:

Stanimir V.: From what I see there are a lot of executions from that and also I think your IP is there, it might be non-stop You can try to limit the admin ajax , check if the plugin can be optimizedStanimir V.: url:https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/limit-heartbeat/

    Update:

I disabled "Server side processing" to see how it impacts performance. I don't know if this solves the problem or not yet.

Correction --- it wont let me disable that.

    Hi, Margo

Thanks for reaching out to us

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    -

This table from the related page has 25,605 rows.  Any table that has more than 2 to 3 000 rows has to have server-side enabled, in order for your page to not become extremely slow or even break,

if it has tens of thousands of rows, the only way for it to work is with server-side enabled.

    - Our developers set this in the last update, so that if you have this many rows - it will not allow you to disable server-side processing, because the page would not be able to function properly without it.

They also disabled the option, to set to show "all rows" at a time, for very large tables, for safety. I can see you set 10 rows at a time to be displayed, which is good.

    - Regarding to WordPress heartbeat, you can try to follow these steps from the Article they have sent you, and that should help decrease the CPU usage.

Could you check if you possibly set an auto-refresh feature on the table? That might add to additional Admin-Ajax calls.

I would suggest making sure that this value is left blank or set to zero, to be safe.

Other than that, I am afraid that there is not much we can do to help from our end, unfortunately.

    Kind Regards,
