Hi, when you create a notification which will be sent to a customer, you can select the various (variable) or custom field that have been created from the various selection lists.
Currently the custom fields in the list are called %custome_field_xx% where the xx is a number.
Is it possible to rename these fields with a name that relates to the info you asked the customer to ender during the booking process.
This would make it easier to create the email which is sent to the customer with the appropriate info displayed in their email.
In a word - Yes as this would make more sense than having a name like %custome_field_13% it would mean more (to me) if it was say %additional_comments_1% as in whatever the description was for %custome_field_13%.
That way when you create the confirmation email you would use the actual name given to the various custom fields rather than what is currently used eg %custome_field_xx% where XX is the number of the custom field.
Unfortunately, that is currently not possible with Amelia's built-in features.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

Hello Siggi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I want to understand your query properly. Do you want to rename the placeholder to be named after the information that you ask the customer to enter?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Thanks for the quick reply.
It's a more a nice to have facility, as the current system work. But it was worth asking the question. This ticket can now be closed
