I'm having issues scheduling bookings backend – If I choose a 60 min service frontend it is showing me three available time slots; 8:15, 9:25 and 10:35.
Backend on the other hand, it shows 8:10, 9:20 and 10:30. Why is it not showing me the same time? How do I fix this please?
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
We really haven’t encountered this before.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We've tested a few times, and we haven't been able to replicate the issue.
You can see that we have booked service of 60 minute at 16 pm on the the front and that in the back we are shown that the service was booked at 16 o'clock.
While we were inspecting your site, we noticed that the time slots were not shown to you in order for some services, which indicates that there is a conflict somewhere with Amelia.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved?
If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be).
If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.
Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
We've tested it again, and we haven't been able to replicate the issue.
You can see that we have booked a service of 60 minutes at 12.30. pm on the frontend and that in the backend and we are shown that the service was booked at 12.30 am.
As far as we can see everything is in order and it works as it should be.

Hello Ebba,
We've tested it again this time from the back end as you asked, and we haven't been able to replicate the issue
Here you can see that we have booked from the backend at 12.30 like you asked us to do
And we got the mail that we have an appointment at 12.30 just like we have booked on the back end, the time is always the same
As far as we can see everything is in order and we can't find any issues.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
