Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
- Yes, you can easily do this. Basically, the time of service is tied to the assigned employee's working hours.
- So, you can go to the assigned employee work hour setting, and once you set his/hers starting work time to 8 AM, the available time for booking will change.
- Also, you have the option to set the Global Working hours of the business, you can do that in Amelia's main settings > Working Hours.
Please note that changes in global working hours will not be applied to previously created employees since they already have a unique schedule. Instead, those changes will be applied to all new employees that you create afterwards.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Additionally, I just wanted to point out that we have pages with Demos, that you can use to try out some of the plugin's features - https://wpamelia.com/demos/
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period, So if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out,
we will be here to provide any assistance along the way, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period.
Hello. Amelia starts from 9 am to 5 pm.
Can I change to 8 am instead?
Thanks
