I haven't used Amelia in a while but I have a new client who needs booking capabilities for classes. I thought that location was attached to the services but it looks like it's applied to the employee only. My client is a dance teacher and she does classes in different locations. Is this possible?
Yes, you can have one employee in multiple locations but not at the same time. Amelia's logic is that one employee can't be in two or more places at the same time.
You can assign employees to different locations per work period.
For example, an employee can work in London from 09 am to 12 pm and then he can be assigned to work in New York from 12 pm to 17 pm.
Or if you need your employees to be present at all locations in full time you will need to create employees for each of those locations.
You can read more about locations and how to manage them here.
