- The working hours of services are tied to the employees which you assign to the service.
So, for example, I will add this test/dummy service on our Demo "Gym and Sports" site. Let's call it "1 hour Yoga class".
You can add the service duration to be 1 hour for each appointment :
and I made this dummy Trainer employee for the specific service.
Now, if you set the working hours of the set employee to be all day, the customers will be able to book this service for 1 hour at any time slot during his work hours.
09:00 AM till 17:00 is the default working hours, so it is allowing me to book at any 1 hour time slot in that time span.
- But, if I change his work hours to be only from 14:00 till 15:00, then when a customer opens the calendar for that service, he will only see that time slot for booking:
I am hoping that this helped,
but if I didn't understand what you asked correctly, or if anything was not clear from my end, please let me know. Thanks.
In Amelia settings > General settings, set the default time slot step to be, for example, 45 minutes, or even better, you can set minimal step to be 5 minutes, and it will allow you to set very accurate times, in case you sometimes need a small buffer time between classes.
Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks
Thank you

Okay, thanks, there is any option to create a class of 45 minutes?
Hi, adrian
Yes, you can easily do this.
In Amelia settings > General settings, set the default time slot step to be, for example, 45 minutes, or even better, you can set minimal step to be 5 minutes, and it will allow you to set very accurate times, in case you sometimes need a small buffer time between classes.
