I just discovered that the Google Calendar integration is sending invitation to Gmail users to add a calendar event that includes all of the client names, phone numbers and email addresses in the notes!! I definitely have always had the option "Allow customers to see other attendees" turned off in the integration settings. I cannot have my clients getting all this information about other clients!
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Please check if this option is disabled like you said in Amelia/integration/google calendar, if it is please send a couple of screenshots of those appointments and we also need a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for your reply. In the meantime I switched over to Outlook Calendar sync and that is working fine for me. But I would recommend you look into this issue for future clients. It seems Google Calendar would send and invite to anyone with a Gmail address which connected them to the admin calendar, including all of the customer names, email addresses and phone numbers that I had done so that I as the HOST could see, not for all my customers to see!
Will do thank you for the advice. If you ever change your mind you can send all that was mentioned below, and If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
