I have a discount on certain times.. Is it possible to make a seperate service but the amount of people for that game wil stay the same.. So technacly its the same game and same service only its cheaper because you can only select a couple of times slots instead of the whole day.
It's a sort of student discount but for non-students we don't have the discount.
But the game can hold 12 people and lets say 4 are students (booked trough a seperate service) and 8 are normal (also booked seperate service) but for us it's al in the same room (lasergame)
I tried with discount coupons but i cannot ad numbers after the , only round numbers.
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what do you mean exactly can you please explain it to us what is the issue with the coupons?
We are not sure what exactly you want to achieve? If we understood you well, do you want to have a different price at a certain time of day?
If this is the case you can make 2 employees and the first employee whose price is, for example, 20usd works on the service from 8 to 14 and from 18 to 21 and the second employees will work on that service from 14 to 18 and the price for that employee is 10usd. Hope this helps.
We are a lasertag company and people can book their sessions from 12.00 untill 00.00 but from 15.00 untill 18.00 we have a Student discount for only students.
If your not a student you pay full price, if you are a student you'll get a discount. But the thing is, the max. capacity of a session is 12 people.. So if there are 8 "normal" people, still 4 students can book within the same session but with the discount.. And coupon codes cannot be set to specific timeframes.
Thank you for the more detailed explanation it is now clearer to us. Unfortunately, you can't achieve what you want right now with Amelia.
You can make two services one of them to be for students but in that case, you will have to have limited services instead of for example having 16 on one service you will have 8 on first and 8 on the other.
We know it is not an ideal solution but there is no other way to achieve what you want.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Hi, For some reason the services are not showing.. I added an image with the services added:
This is solved.. I do have an other question..
