Hello, I have an event with 1 custom pricing (amount = 0€, 25 seats). I can register participants from backend, everything ok. But when a participant wants to book from frontend, process is complete and in the backend the participant appears without any price nor seat numbers; available seat number is not decreased.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also we would need 100% coupons so that we can do a test booking for the events to try and see what is going on.
