1. I have sent an email to Tms plugins 5 DAYS ago about upgrading my subscription to lifetime for developers but I did not receive any response up to now.
2. I have made a change on the plugin and after 3 days the changes did not update. I have changed the hours of employee but the change did not take effect.
1. Have you created a ticket or just sent an email to us?
2. If you configured everything, but the booking form doesn't work properly, it could be a cache issue. Please deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again. You can clear cache with the plugin "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.
