Hello. I built the landing page with Amelia - Booking view form. I want each client to type and confirm the location of its own store by using Google Maps API, lest he or she should make typo. So my questions below:
1. Is it possible to autofill the document string of address returned from Google API to specified field which I added on custom field?
2. If 1 is possible, is there any other prerequisite than to install all APIs on Google Cloud Platform listed in PUBLIC TICKET #2385902?
Thank you for your help in advance.
Hello Yoshito,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Google Map API is only used for the back-end for the time being. If you add it, only your admins and managers will be able to see this map in Amelia/Locations.
There's no way to display the map on the front-end, and there's no way to allow customers to see and double-check the map on the front.
We will improve this feature in the future, but at the moment it's not our priority, so there's no exact ETA on that.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
