We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Good morning,
I have a problem, I am inserting new personalized and programmed notifications to send to clients some before and others after the treatments.
I created the first three without any problems now I have to create others and it does not give me the opportunity to do so.
When I click on the create button, a pop-up appears with "Error Notification was not saved", is there a limit number of custom notifications that can be created?
because otherwise I can't understand what happens.
Thanks, I look forward to receiving your reply.
Claudia
I found out if the problem was, in the text of the email I had inserted an emoji and obviously you can't.
Hello Claudia,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
When you remove the emojis, did the notifications work for you? A large number of our clients send pictures with their custom notifications for emoji we have not had a case but I do not know if they cause the issue.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hello Marko,
Yes, if I remove the emoji everything works without problems.
I also insert photos to notifications without a problems, but it had never happened to me to insert an emoji and in this case I found the error.
Thanks
Claudia
