    Hello,

I am about to purchase your wonderfool Amelia calendar tool but I have some questions :

1 : can I show a monthly view of the calendar on my website?
For example on this site there is a list, I would like to transform it in monthly view : https://www.gynecee.paris/planning-ateliers/

I would like to make sure the calendar view is possible and user friendly with 3 events/days or more

2 : can Amalia permit the full booking process until payment with no additional extension to buy?

3 : is it possible to import events from Google Calendar?

4 : is it possible to set up recurrent events?

Thank you very much for your answers!

    Hello,

Thank you for expressing interest in purchasing the Amelia plugin.

    1. There is an option to display the events in the calendar view with the following shortcode:

    [ameliaevents type=calendar]

And this is how it is displayed on the front-end:

    5947922007.png

    2. There is no need to purchase additional extensions as Amelia can handle the whole booking process along with the payment.

    3. With Google Synchronization, all employees in Amelia can sync their working schedule with their Google Calendar. Each appointment booked in Amelia will be added to their Google calendar with the customer added as a participant.

If Employee already has events in the Google calendar marked as busy, those will not be available for booking in Amelia – this will prevent overbooking. Rescheduling, canceling, or deleting the appointment needs to be done in Amelia. Suppose you reschedule the appointment in Google Calendar. In that case, that will not reflect in Amelia, but if you reschedule the appointment in Amelia, it will be updated in Google Calendar as well.

    4. There is a possibility to create recurring events in Amelia. The recurring option is here if you want to create an event that repeats from time to time. Once you check the “This is a recurring event” option you will see three new ones: “Repeat event”, “Every” and “Until when?”, so you can set how often the event will repeat. In the “Repeat event” option you can choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly, in “Every”, corresponding to the previous selection, you can choose if the event will repeat every Day, 2 days, or every Week, 2 weeks, etc. and in “Until when?” you choose the date until the event should repeat.

    Hope this helps you.

Thank you very much Uros for this full answer.

I have not been able to set up the calendar view.  Is it only available with the purchased package ?

Before I buy Amelia I need to make sure that it fits well with my needs. Is there a possibility to have a free trial of the full Amelia for 1 week just to make sure everyting Is fine before I buy it?

    Hello Elly,

That is right, the Lite version of Amelia does not support event calendar view, as it is only available in the Premium version of the plugin

Unfortunately, we do not offer trials for the Amelia plugin. But you can purchase the plugin and if you feel that the product just doesn’t work for you, you can request a refund. As Amelia is a digital non-revokable product, we issue refunds only within 15 days after purchase. In case you decide to use this option, please provide us with feedback as it is vital for us to make Amelia better with each release.

    Hope this works for you.
