We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi there,

Thank you for Amelia - I have purchased a developers licence and I am using it on several clients websites.

    One of my clients would like to use it for several different services;
    - dog boarding kennel,
    - cat boarding
    - dog play park

All of these services require the customer to choose the time in and time out, and then for the price to adapt accordingly I have not yet found a way for Amelia to do this, however I am certain that Amelia should be powerful enough to handle this.

Is there a way we can do this, or can it be made a feature request?

    Kindest Regards

    Heidi

    Hello Heidi,

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.

Thank you for your kind words.

Amelia doesn’t work that way exactly. In Amelia, you can book an appointment with a fixed duration and you determine the duration of that service.

Arbitrary time cannot be entered, each service must have a predetermined duration of the appointment for each service.

What might help you is the add extras option.

You can set up the time slot for one hour, and you can add extras to that services for example: if your appointment is by default one hour but the client wants an appointment of two or three hours he can add one or two extras (one or two appointments for one hour) to the default appointment.

By selecting these extras, your Customers will be able to change the Service duration to 2-3-4 hours. Of course, the price for the extras option will be included in the final price of the appointment.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind Regards,
