My notifications aren’t working even after the update when I go to send a test email or test SMS it’s not getting sent. when I book an appointment instead of doing it as a test I’ll get the confirmation email but the SMS still isn’t working even though in the history it shows that it was sent but the notification never came to my phone

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them

When we went to your site we saw that SMS notifications work. You sent SMS notifications both yesterday and today even,
and we tested it now just in case and as you can see in the screenshot we received an SMS from you without any issue.
As far as we can see, everything is in perfect order.
Did you change anything to fix this in the meantime?
