We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
I've just purchased Amelia and am setting it up. I am building a website for a paranormal event location. I can't work out how to get an event to run from 7 pm to 8 am the following day.
In a previous forum thread, a user was told this was not possible for appointments but that it is for events. Please can you advise as to how I can fix this?
Regards.
Hello Carl,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. Appointments and the event can have working hours until 23.30 or 24.00, they can't go to the next day.
The only difference is that you can create events that last a few days.
So you would need to create an event that lasts for two days and the first day starts at 7 pm and ends at midnight and the second day that starts at 00.00 and ends at 8 pm.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
