Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The issue with the customer panel access email not being sent out was resolved in our latest update (4.5.1). Please update the plugin to the latest version, test it out, and provide me with an update on whether it is working or not.
Hello Uros, I updated the plugin and ran a new test. I stil did not receive any email for the new amelia customer role login details. I did receive the confirmation for the appointment.

I used a different email address than before (microsoft365 based) and the appointment confirmation got stuck in Spam, could it be that the mail for Customer panel is not encrypted properly so it get's filtered on the server as spam or malicious? In any case email from amelia plugin should not be marked as spam?
I'm using WP Mail SMTP with my own server's smtp login for sending email properly. Also using the WP mailing method in Amelia settings.
As a quick fix I included the shortcode for customer panel in appointment confirmation email.
The customer panel access mail gets triggered when a customer clicks on "Forgot password" or when they enter an email to enter the customer panel. It is a great practice to include the customer panel link in the email notification.

Thanks for clarifying. I was under the impression that the customer panel access email was sent automatically after registration of a new customer in the database (hence the option in the settings to 'create and email new amelia customer').
Hello I 've checked "Create an Amelia User" under Role settings for a customer, but no automatic email with login details is sent after a booking.
