Rescheduling an appointment on Google Calendar doesn't reschedule in Amelia, why is that?
Hi, Lui Merino Motta
Thanks for reaching out to us
Amelia can currently only read busy slots from Google and Outlook, but with the API that we're using there's no way to force Amelia to reschedule an appointment when the event is rescheduled. Our developers will work on that in the future, but there's no exact ETA.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

It's not really 2 way sync then, is it? 😅
Hi, Lui
- I believe that it is named "2 way sync", because Google Calendar is sending the information of which time spans are busy, and those time frames are then blocked in Amelia, so that there is no overbooking.
- And from the Amelia side, of course, all the appointment information is being passed over to the Google calendar.
So technically speaking, both sides are sending information to each other,
but I can see what you mean, in regards of being able to book appointments from both ends - that is not synced both ways, it is correct.
- If you have any further questions regarding this , let us know. Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
