Amelia looks very nice for my needs - a single practitioner with one location. My "hours of service" are different for ""60 minute client sessions" than they are for "free initial phone consultation".
Is there a way to set different hours of availability for different services that I offer?
Thank you. I apologize if my question was not clear, so I will present a hypothetical situation to illustrate what I am trying to achieve…
Imagine that I have two services that I offer - a 15 minute phone call and a 60 minute session. But I will only accept phone calls Monday - Thursday and I will only have sessions Thursdays - Sundays. Is there a way to set different “hours of operation” for phone calls (Monday through Thursday) and sessions (Thursday - Sunday)?
Yes of course the working hours of the service and the working days depends on the working days and the working hours of the employee.
So you set the employee to work on the first service from Monday to Thursday and on the second service from Thursday to Sunday.
You can set the working hours of the employee as you want and as you need
we will send you a link from our demos so you can see a little more about how it works, but what you want is very easy to do with Amelia.
The only thing we have to mention is that since you would have 2 services on Thursday that overlap if you were booked for a session for example from 10 to 11 you would not, of course, be available for another service in that time period from 10 to 11.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you for helping me. I appreciate your patience very much.
I have purchased the plug-in, and it is THE BEST value of all appointment software that I have tried. I operate a small business (I am the only employee) and I always have to examine ways to get things accomplished as economically as possible.
Once Square Appointments changed their pricing scheme, what I was doing for free, would now require a paid subscription costing me $300/year. So I investigated free trials of Appointments for WooCommerce, 10to8, Massagebook, Startbooking.com, vagaro, bookly, and more. I chose AMELIA!
Amelia is
the most affordable
easiest for the customer
most attractive interface
SUPER-EASY for the owner to customize
has great Notification options!
Please accept my compliments and gratitude for such a great work product,
Kevin

Hello Kevin,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
Of course, when you create each service you will need to set its duration and each service can have its own length of appointment.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.
