Yes of course it is possible you can receive email notifications and phone notifications.
If you are not an employee and you want to receive emails and SMS that are being sent to your customer and employees you need to create your profile account for SMS in Amelia/notification/SMS and you will need to buy SMS credit.
To be able to receive email and SMS notifications that is being sent to your employees and customer you need to add an additional phone number and email address in Amelia/settings/notifications
