1) When we try to sign in to our Google Calendars the invitation that is sent to our emails to get to the employee panel never arrives. We've tried twice.
2) Our main calendar in Google Workspace ([email protected]) is shared by the two of us with separate Google Calendars ([email protected] and [email protected]). Our individual calendars show up on the main calendar with "busy" events. Will Amelia read our main calendar which we integrated on Amelia with the busy events from the individual calendars? When someone is trying to schedule with the main integrated, will they be blocked from all the events from the three calendars?
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
1. Customer and employee panel access is not sent to Google Calendar it is sent on mail.
To receive a link to the employee panel you must add it to the notifications. Placeholder for employee panel is %employee_panel_url% and for customer panel is %customer_panel_url%
If you didn't set up an employee panel yet you can read how to do that here.
2. Amelia's integration with Google calendar is established per one account, so you can create the needed app Google with a shared account like [email protected], but that doesn't store all appointments in that calendar.
You need to connect your employees to calendar(s) that will contain the bookings, pull existing busy slots and block them in Amelia.
So, if you want all your employees to simply see this calendar, but freely book their times, it cannot be done.
If you want all your employees to be linked to this calendar, that can be done, but in that case - as soon as one employee is booked (for example, booked for Service 1, on Mar 15th, at 12:00), no other employee will be able to provide any services on that date, at that time if you enable "Remove Google Calendar Busy slots" in Amelia Settings/Integration/Outlook Calendar.
You can link all your employees to that calendar, so when there's a new appointment, they will see it, but in that case, over-bookings can occur.
We have two issues/questions:

I hope that helps.
