We have a team of technicians who visit more than 100 houses daily in different areas of my city, and each area has a number of variable quotas (slot) daily, and is scheduled by block of hours, that is, morning or afternoon hours.
In the case of SETMORE I configure it as a class, in Amelia I don't know how to do it.
Could you please help me? any tutorial? a demos? Thank you very much!
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
We hope we understand you well and we will try to help you the best we can.
In Amelia, you have to create a service, if you have time slots per parts of the city, it is best to create services, for example, north London, and let's say that service works in the morning, then you create a service south London and it works in the afternoon, etc.
In Amelia, the working hours of the service depend on the working hours of the employee, so if you want one employee to work on both services, you would have to adjust it in his working hours.
For example, an employee works from 8 to 14 in north London and from 14 to 17 in south London something like this
Thank you for the explanation, it is now clearer to us where the issue is. The maximum and minimum capacity of service is fixed can not be dynamic and cant be changed depending on the day, unfortunately.
There are 2 solutions but none of them are ideal for that because Amelia is designed for static services.
1. You can create all different service by days as you write Monday North London, 7 people (slot) Tuesday North London, 14 people (slot) Wednesday North London, 25 people (slot)
2. You can change the capacity of one service on a daily bases
There is no other way to achieve what you want because Amelia is not designed in that way.
Thanks Unfortunately it's not what I'm looking for They should think about that option, where the service is carried out in homes and not in establishments
Or as SETOMORE does, which has appointments for Classrooms and you can schedule according to the capacity of the room (it is the option that I currently use)
It would be like an Event but associated to each service, something similar.
We are sorry but we do not have such an option for now I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
You can subscribe to our newsletter and if we ever implement such an option you will be updated.
As for refund please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:
If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund Policy, wpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
Hello!
I am trying to migrate from SETMORE to AMELIA as I understand you have better settings.
Now, I can't find a way to imitate in Amelia what Setmore offers me. Could you please help me?

Hi Mark, thanks for replying.
Yes, so far I have come without difficulty.
I get complicated when I have to create the capacity of that employee, for example.
Monday: North London, 7 people (slot)
Tuesday: North London, 14 people (slot)
Wednesday: North London, 25 people (slot)
