We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I have a client that runs a children's soft play facility. The pricing of each ticket depends on the age of the child, but each session is limited to 15 children max.
I need to be able to add pricing variations to my events. So if I have 3 tiers of pricing, I need my customers to be able to book their children under the correct tier and pricing.
I need to be able to create an event with 15 spaces made up of tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 tickets. But I don't want to put a limit on each tier like 5, 5 & 5, I just want the spaces to fill up by what my customers want to book at that time. So in reality I could have an event with 8 Tier 1's booked and 7 Tier 2's booked and 0 tier 3's and then the next week I could have 15 Tier 3's booked, it all depends on a first-come service.
Is this something i can achieve with Amelia? Apologies for the over-explaining :) I have spent far too long trying to find the correct solution for this with no success.
Thanks,
Mark
Hello Mark,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
We have custom pricing in Amelia and you can do all that and you can read more about it here.
The only thing is when custom pricing is enabled is that custom pricing spots will override the Maximum allowed spots value and in that case it cannot be limited to 15 as you want.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
