Please try again and see if you are able to pay maybe it was something wrong on their side at that moment of purchase, which is most likely. But if you fail to purchase again, we will have to log in to the backend of your site to test it ourselves.

All packages are there end they have been paid so we couldn't find any issues.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues. 

Chrome suddenly throws out error support for "basic card" test cards

It makes appointments for you regularly and when we delete them, the same thing happens, it just spins without anything happening. And it deletes them somehow, but something doesn't allow Admin-Ajax calls to be executed normally.

We tried another browser but it doesn't work in Firefox either. There are a lot of mistakes on your appointment page.
You can see all the errors in the console on the back (on the Appointments page) that you have:

Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

And if doesn't help would you be able to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?

If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?

If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.

The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

Our colleagues contacted us and kindly asked you to try to replace and to use WP Mail instead of SMTP and to check if you have the same problem (timeout) in that case.

We are glad to hear that it worked.

Currently, the problem is with the WooCommerce method and there is a server timeout because Amelia is waiting for WooCommerce to finish something in their process and because it takes a long time, then it doesn't work out at the end properly.

It has been forwarded to our developers, they will try to do manage something for the future, but we cannot guarantee anything and we have an ETA for that unfortunately since this is up to the WooCommerce method.
