    I'm having problems displaying text in HTML format at some points in the plugin. Application is ignoring paragraph and bold markup tags. View images.

    Another point that I couldn't customize was the employee panel. The only filter available for appointments is for appointments within the next 15 days. We need to display, if possible, the next two months. Where can I configure this?

    I'm afraid ta we didn't quite get what is the issue with the text exactly? We looked at the pictures but we couldn't see any bold text in there.

    Can you please explain it to us in a little more detail with some new screenshots where we can see the issue?

    As for customizing the panel currently, there is no such feature built-in, and this cant be customized at this moment, unfortunately.

    Hi, thank you for your quick response. I will better reformulate the html display issue with more additional images, but right now I need to solve another problem that came up in the project.

    The %coupon_1% variable does not work as an array, as do custom fields. How can I display which coupon was used in the notification sent to the customer if I have used more than 2 or 3 coupons in a promotional campaign? From what I understand, this feature was impractical.

    Another detail is that there is no such option in the notifications for the employee, why has this feature been suppressed? This is relevant information for him to know what type of promotional campaign the customer converted to.

    In addition, this information is not displayed prominently in the schedules listed in the admin panel or in the employee panel.

    Finally, I performed a test on the %coupon_1% variable and data was not loaded in the message.

    I didn't find a section that addressed this issue in the documentation either.

    Hello Marco,

    Regarding the format of the "Congratulations" screen via HTML. We're not sure you can do that with Amelia right now, but we'll check with our developers.

    As for the calendar, and the ability for the panel to show you 2-3 months in advance as the default - Amelia can't do that yet, but we will work on that in the future.

    And for the coupons. Coupon placeholder is only sent when you have set the coupon to be sent after a certain number of appointments:

    Currently, it is not designed for employees to be able to see the coupon used by the customer. 

    But If you want to track conversions you can use marketing tools (Facebook pixel - https://wpamelia.com/facebook-pixel/ and Google Analytics - https://wpamelia.com/google-analytics/) and we will forward your suggestions to our developers so that coupon placeholders are added to employee notifications.

    Okay, thanks again for the quick response. I understand that at the moment the rules are not configurable and I hope that soon my comments can be considered for future updates.

    Another point that I need to validate with you, is whether there is a possibility to change the value of this error return phrase (# 'customer_already_booked_app' => __('You have already booked this appointment', 'wpamelia')),.

    During my tests and that of other users, I have verified that when I complete the schedule and am redirected to the thank you screen, it is possible to go back to the previous screen (calendar) using the browser and see that the date that was just scheduled is still displayed as available. This occurred in the onsite payment method, but I have not yet tested if the same happens by confirming the payment through paypal.

    Process is correct, but the sentence is unclear. The most sensible thing would be to inform that "This date and time is no longer available" instead of 'You have already booked this appointment"

    We used the WPML plugin on our site, but I couldn't find any strings I could map to to force a clearer translation. The only way would be to create a .po file but that would be a waste of unnecessary resources for just one sentence.

    We are going to use your plugin to schedule our main consulting service, so on promotional campaign days there is a very high risk of simultaneous hits.

    My second demand is explained in image 2. I changed the text using the SERVICE -> EDIT SERVICE -> SERVICE DESCRIPTION menu, but the update is not loading when I do the action of including this event in my personal calendar as a client.

    Hello Marco,

    When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. 

    In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. 

    Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    As for writing the congratulations text in HTML they just inform us that it can't be done for now, but maybe it will be possible in the future.

    We just got feedback from our colleagues regarding the used coupons. 

    There is a %coupon_used% placeholder in employee notifications under appointment/event which should send information of that coupon.

    Hello Marco,

    We received feedback from our colleagues.

    They made a service to test that description in google calendar and it renders well. They left you a service so you can take a look.

    They just enable HTML mode in the service description and put
      <p> and <b> tags

    Regarding the text on the Congratulations page, below the trophy, unfortunately, it cannot accept HTML for now.

    As for the text of the message "You have already booked this service" it can be changed, but there is no other way but the PO. file.
    These files already exist in plugin/ameliabooking/languages and you can change them for all the languages you use.
