Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
- We had a similar issue like this before. In that situation, the user was using a tool to transpose the collation for the character set in MySQL database, from latin to cylilic and somehow, in some cells it didn't properly change it.
You can solve this if you can go into your database, find the tables,
and manually input the cell values which are not sorting properly - use the correct collation as the other, working fields have. If that makes sense.
For example, in the first table I guess you have to change those three values : кичево , опстина , Јегуновце.
and the second table : Јегуновце
Let me know how it goes. I will be here to assist.
Hello,
On this link https://podatoci.fiscast.mk/rashodi-komparacija-po-godini/ where it says "Избери општина", data should be sorted in alphabetical order. And it is, except the first 3 results. Below them the order is just fine.
In the column settings "Allow sorting for this column" is checked.
Do you have any idea, why is this issue happening?
On another page https://podatoci.fiscast.mk/prihodi-komparacija-po-godini/, only the first result "Јегуновце" is wrong, all the other below are right in alphabetical order.
Hope this is the last issue and ticket :) Friday needs to launch the site and the data.
Thanks,
Blagoj
